I’m mainly a web developer who occasionally has to do minor design work. This tool helps me quickly identify colour values which helps increase my productivity in design.

Pretty much the best color management system I’ve used on, or in, any browser. The color sampling is accurate and consistent across domains and sites. It also has a powerful gradient generator which I find invaluable. Additionally, the saved picked color history feature makes colors I’ve chosen in the past a breeze to re-use. I would generally recommend this ext. to all. This is a really great color selection and analysis tool. I have used it for years and I’ve not found any other app that’s as good

Does exactly what it should with a lot of thought put into the needs of designers. I love that you can sample the same location on a page repeatedly without having to manually re-sample. That is huge in an image with a gradient. So much power for a free app. No overreaching demands on behalf of the app either!

Intuitive will all the right features. Don’t go with what shows up first in search. ColorZill is the best!

Awesome! No longer downloading pictures or taking screenshots then loading to pick a color! I can even customize it before copying the code and entering it in the program.

Love the tool . I use it to help me check the sites contrast levels for WCAG and section 508 compliance.

When I rebuilt my websites in WordPress, I no longer had the “perfect match” color tool I had in my former web editing program. ColorZilla is absoolutely what I needed and I use it almost daily on both my work sites.
